Integrity is choosing courage over comfort. You choose what is right over what is fun, fast, or easy. And you choose to practice your values rather than simply professing them.

welcome to kaitlyn erisman physical therapy!

I’m Kaitlyn – a mom to 4, a physical therapist and a lover of the human body.  Over the past few years I have seen some amazing information come out of social media and the internet, and at the same time some absolute BS. My goal here is to provide quality education and support to empower the women around me.

A little about me, I have a doctorate in Physical Therapy and am board certified in orthopedics. I spent the first part of my career heavily invested in orthopedics, which I feel is the perfect foundation. It wasn’t until I had my first baby that I was pretty astonished at the lack of education and support for women after birth. This began my absolute fascination into all things women’s health. I am a postpartum corrective exercise specialist, pelvic floor PT and a certified health coach. Basically, I am committed to a life full of learning so that I can provide the best care for you through various stages of life.

When I am not being a mega nerd, I enjoy spending time outside on this little Island I call home. Nantucket is truly a special place and I feel so fortunate to be able to experience it with my family. We are always up for an outdoor adventure, lots of nature walks and beach trips. Keeping up with four kiddos is a full time activity but in any spare time I love to read, cook and knit!

My ultimate goal is to empower women to live their best life —whatever that may be.

Your goals are individual to you and that is the most important. I am here to provide guidance through coaching, PT and education as you determine what path is best for you.

Everyone is unique and deserves to be treated as an individual. I speak the busy mom language, I truly understand that most of us don’t put ourselves first once we become mothers. So let’s work on that together!
